I found this item in a box full of stuff from the old Thompson I had restored.
What does it have to do with Thompson and anyone know any history of it?

It would have nothing to do with the boat other then possibly a club that the former owner belonged to. Not knowing the area of the country the boat came from it is hard to determine the meaning of the flag.
What area of the country did you purchase the boat from? With that info someone might be able to ID the club or area.

Nope, nothing to do with the boat. Probably from a boating club or yacht club or something like that. Is that a witch on a broom????
