My '57 FINALLY Gets Wet

Well, I've been sitting on my boat for 3 years now.
I finally decided, enough's enough, and sent the motor in for a complete check-up.
After 8 weeks of waiting, I got her back!
I was able to finally get the old girl in the water this Sunday.
Good news: little water seepage for a boat that's been in a garage for 10 years. Everything seemed pretty happy.
Bad news: Battery died after I stopped the engine and started it again in the lake.
Also, after only 5 minutes of "boating" Hit a rock, chipped a prop, and junked my shear pin.
Side note: Given my level of procrastination, I am calling this a success!! The boat floats, The engine ran, and I got wet. Hurray!
I'll get some pictures of the next "attempt".
I now own an extra prop and 12 shear pins
