I am almost done restoring my 16 foot thompson, there is 1 problem though. When we took the seats out the boat "Fattend" up and now i am ready to put the seats back in and now the seats won't fit anymore. How hard should i push to get the boat "skinny" again to make the seats fix? What should i do???

Bummer. You should have braced the boat before taking it apart. Oh well, too late.

I would suggest attempting to get it back into its proper shape. Go slow and easy, a little bit at a time.
