ummmmmmmm errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr hmmmmmmmmm Is it me, or is the question for this answer missing ? I feel like I came in during the middle of Jeopardy. I say all this because if we're talking about Cruiser's Inc Logo boards (the ones that mount on the aft freeboard of the boat) I'd like to know as well where to find them.

I'd have a boat and a Harley even if there were no water or roads in the world.

I am not sure what prompted this pennant response.
As for the plywood teardrop shaped logo backers for the Cruisers, Inc. 1960s logo, you will have to make them or have someone make them. They are not available any place for purchase. They are just 3/8 inch thick marine plywood that is stained and varnished to match the other components on the boat. The shape can be provided by anyone that has them on their boat. Just trace them.
