Rub rail insert replacement

Hi,
I'd like to replace the rub rail insert on a 1992 calae 1800. I've seen every kind of insert but the one I need. Does anyone know a place to get these?

If this is a vinyl or rubber type of material try Wefco Rubber in California. If it's a metal piece try Taco (NO, not Taco Bell). I know West Marine carries Taco products.
