Show Us Your Dolly

I want to build a cradle/dolly for 14'-18' lapstrake hulls. This would be for working on and moving about in the shop. I've seen many boats on said cradles but not sure how to go about building one.

Should be support enough to get inside for interior work. Should the support be at the garboards or farther out onto the strakes?

Would love to see some pictures. What have you got?

Ok...I'll show you the one I built while waiting to see yours. I can push the boat around the floor with one hand. Works upside down or right side up after removing the gunwale supports.
