Hi Andreas. Thanks for the reply. The more I think about it, I have to say that I am not 100% sure that it was gelcoat that was put on, but that's what I was told. I don't even know who did it... my dad was always a fan of 'whoever can do it cheapest'. Thank you for mentioning a surveyor... I didn't...
